Warranty

OVVO Home warrants that all our furniture is free from defects in materials and workmanship. The statutory warranty period applies from the date of delivery; for selected collections an extended warranty may apply, as indicated on the product page.

If a product proves defective due to a manufacturing fault during the warranty period, OVVO Home will repair the piece or replace the affected part(s). The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal domestic use.

What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear, including natural changes in wood tone and fabric
• Damage caused by improper use, assembly errors, or unauthorized modifications
• Damage from moisture, direct sunlight, or heat sources
• Products used commercially unless expressly agreed

Making a claim

Contact support@ovvohome.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos. We will confirm receipt and advise the next steps — repair, replacement parts, or exchange.
