When you create an account, place an order, save a room in the planner, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us, we collect the data needed for that purpose: your name, email address, delivery address, and order details. Payment data is processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and never stored on our servers.

How do we use it?

We use your data to fulfil orders, provide your member account (order history, wishlist, saved rooms), answer enquiries, and — only with your consent — send our newsletter. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact support@ovvohome.com and we will respond within the statutory period.
