Who we are

This website is operated by OVVO Home. When you place an order, you enter into a purchase agreement with OVVO Home under these terms.

Orders & prices

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated per shipment and shown at checkout. An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation by email.

Delivery

Delivery options, lead times, and fees are described on our Delivery & Return page. Estimated delivery times are indications and not guaranteed dates.

Returns & cancellation

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Custom orders cannot be returned but may be cancelled within two business days of placing the order. Details and the return process are described on the Delivery & Return page.
